HVAC Service Technician - Kansas City, MO location
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range: $28.00-$32.00


Essential functions
  Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install all types of air compressors, air dryers and filters. Firsthand experience with rotary screw compressors and compressed air dryers. Read prints, wiring schematics, and diagrams for all various equipment. Handle and direct customers with a sense of pride and professionalism. HVAC experience and EPA certification is a plus. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications   Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Demonstrated experience with air compressors and refrigeration systems is essential. Electrical Experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Efficiency and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Certifications:Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or equipment servicing are an advantage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred education and experience 1-2 years of previous mechanical/service experience. Troubleshooting skills are a necessity. High School or Vocational School Mechanical program preferred.
