Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides Maintenance and Engineering services. Provides the necessary skill and craft for operation and maintenance of HVAC and physical plant systems in a manner to ensure safe operation, optimum performance and maximum efficiency. Responsibilities Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control. Adheres to regulatory guidelines. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of all refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Performs troubleshooting and repairs on equipment and systems as assigned. Maintains the hospital's building automation system and responds to system alarms, making necessary changes to controls and notifies management. Responds to work order requests and emergencies. Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Experience
