Job Title: HVAC Project Manager / Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Monroe, Connecticut

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead residential and commercial installation projects from planning through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and staffingOversee all phases of HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are metLead teams of technicians and subcontractors, providing direction and supportServe as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and maintaining satisfactionConduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with codes and company policiesManage budgets, control costs, and identify value-driven solutionsReport financial and operational updates to senior leadershipEnsure all work adheres to local, state, and federal regulationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience managing HVAC projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ductworkProven success in both residential and commercial environmentsEffective leadership and team-building skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesClear communication and client management skillsProficiency with project management tools and softwareValid HVAC certification and applicable licensesPreferred QualificationsExperience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and buyoutsFamiliarity with electrical systemsSkilled in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline, and CADExperience with ground-up construction or retrofit projectsPMP certificationOSHA 30 certification (support available if not yet obtained)What We OfferCompetitive compensationLong-term stability in a permanent roleOpportunity to lead diverse projects across residential and commercial sectors

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
