HVAC Project Manager
Job Title: HVAC Project Manager / Plumbing Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager with extensive experience in managing residential and commercial installations. This role requires overseeing all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Oversee the execution of HVAC projects from start to finish.Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, support, and training.Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.Monitor project progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air-conditioning, and ductwork.Proven track record in managing residential and commercial HVAC projects.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFI's, submittals, take-offs, and buyouts.Experience with electrical trade.Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline, and CAD.Ground-up or retrofit experience.PMP Certification.OSHA 30 certification (assistance available for obtaining certification if needed).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroe, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
