Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team, specializing in plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, ductwork, and sprinkler installations for both residential and commercial clients. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HVAC projects, the ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Oversee the execution of HVAC projects from start to finish.Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and training.Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Monitor project progress and conduct regular inspections for compliance with industry standards.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for senior management.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, air-conditioning, and ductwork.Proven track record of managing residential and commercial HVAC projects.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and buyouts.Experience with electrical trade and HVAC sheet metal.Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline, CAD.OSHA 30 certification (assistance available for obtaining certifications if needed).PMP Certification.Work Environment
The work hours are from 7am to 4pm, with projects located in Hartford, Fairfield, and Litchfield Counties. The role involves attending job site meetings, overseeing the scope of work, and managing HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations in commercial buildings. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
