This position is fully onsite Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities Responsible for preventative maintenance, plant operations, repairs and minor modifications toAir handling units and fixed fansDuctworkReheat coils and boxes,AC compressor chiller systemsWater coolers,Associated controlsSteam systemsCoordinates with trades such as electrical and plumbing to keep all systems operating at highest reliabilityResponsible for implementation of energy conservation techniques on HVAC systemsMakes periodic rounds to all building support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observedResponsible for maintaining records of work done, time records and P/M records through the CMMS system.Maybe required to be on call.Must provide the highest level of personal protection at all times.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Trade school graduate preferred. Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required.EPA Refrigeration Reclamation Type I and II Licenses required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
