**What You Will Do:**
Facility and Services Pratt and Whitney in West Palm Beach, Florida has an opportunity for a **HVAC Facilities Maintenance Planner** . The HVAC Facilities Maintenance Planner will be responsible for supporting trade maintenance and repair activities on HVAC Equipment.
+ Ensure materials are ordered and available for the trades to perform their work safely and in a timely fashion.
+ Responsible for work order creation and closure, preventive maintenance work assignment, parts & material ordering, hourly overtime work documentation and MOC submittals
+ Provide SAP plant Maintenance function management, and oversight of on-time completion and scheduling of preventive maintenance work for our maintenance group.
+ Perform shared SAP Analyst responsibilities which includes maintaining the Facilities Maintenance Kitting Crib. Perform inventory once a month for the Kitting Crib.
+ Be responsible for communicating and articulating business goals, company policies, terms & conditions, risks and opportunities.
+ Serve as supervisor backup, overseeing work and prioritization when the supervisor is away from the office.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years' experience in an engineering, facilities maintenance planning, manufacturing or closely related industrial environment or an Associate's degree and 4 or more years' experience in an engineering, facilities maintenance planning, manufacturing or closely related industrial environment
+ In absence of a degree, 6 or more years' experience in an engineering, facilities maintenance planning, manufacturing or closely related industrial environment
+ Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, customers, and technicians in a high volume, customer-focused work environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Advanced working knowledge of SAP plant maintenance data and documents functionality
+ Implementation of preventive maintenance work assignments

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
