Job Description We’re seeking a Husbandry Regional Manager to lead commercial and operational activities across Amsterdam. This full-time leadership position sits at the heart of international defence support, overseeing port operations, supplier networks, and service delivery for naval and military vessels.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and implement regional strategy in line with HQ goals Oversee all husbandry services, ensuring operational excellence Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service Respond to RFQs, prepare proposals, and drive commercial growth Develop and manage trusted supplier partnerships Ensure full compliance with port regulations and internal standards Control budgets and optimise operational efficiency Support local teams and contribute to continuous improvement What You Bring:
5+ years in port operations or shipping agency management Experience with naval or military logistics highly desirable Strong knowledge of customs, compliance, and port authority procedures Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and operational oversight Fluency in English (other regional languages a plus) Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maritime logistics software A proactive, accountable approach to delivering results What’s on Offer:
