Human Resources Trainee - Labor Relations

Get experience in a variety of labor relations activities by giving support to the HR team in this matter.
Principal Activities Administration of personnel incidents (absenteeism). Ensuring compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT), as well as giving talks to personnel on the same. Provide support in the termination of operational and administrative personnel. Administer employee benefits: Major Medical Insurance, school support and eyeglasses support. Provide induction courses to new employees. Generate contract renewals. Support in the relationship with the workers' union. Administration of lockers and uniforms for operating personnel.Scholarship, knowledge, experience and skills Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration or related. Qualifications: Degree obtained or in process (subjects completed). Optional insurance is not required. Languages: Advanced English. General knowledge of human resources and Federal Labor Law. Proactivity and willingness to learn. Focus on achievement, customer service, empathy.
