Expertise in **Workday Talent Acquisition Module** and related systems, coupled with a strong aptitude for translating business needs into impactful technology roadmaps. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional employee experiences. Committed to leveraging technology to enhance HR efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and foster a positive work culture. This is a **remote position** for someone that is living in the **Eastern Time Zone** in the USA. Plus, we’ll support your growth with paid-for external training programs and courses. **Key Responsibilities** + Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for Carrier  + Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions  + Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments  + Plan, design, configure, and test solution options in Workday Talent Acquisition module + Stay current with Workday, leading Talent Acquisition technologies, and Gen AI + Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determineadditional Workday and emerging technologies in Talent Acquisition at Carrier  + Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes.  + Lead and develop a high-performing team (direct, matrix, consultants) to achieve strategic objectives  + Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders  + Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams  + Lead the development of a strategic technology roadmap for Talent Acquisition & related areas **Basic Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED + 5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams + 2+ years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition module **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources or related field + Broad management and leadership knowledge + Relevant certifications in Workday Talent Acquisition module + Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices   + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   + Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures + Work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment  + Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization   + Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA  + Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development  + Adept at creating Documentation artifacts i.e., User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, Test Plans, and other slide decks for presentations **Additional information** + Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
