**Job Description**
At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are seeking a Human Resources Systems Analyst I who will play a pivotal role in our ambitious team. **Overview:**
Support internal customers, troubleshoot and resolve system issues for Workday in HR Technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver end-user support for Workday through a structured ticketing system, resolving technical inquiries efficiently.
+ Remediate audit findings as assigned to ensure data integrity within Workday, conducting detailed analysis and effectively implementing resolutions.
+ Work based on detailed work instructions and consult with more senior team members in non-standard cases.
+ Work well with level 1 tasks independently and handle higher complexity tasks under supervision.
+ Assist in data conversion activities to maintain data accuracy.
+ Review core HR data in Workday to complete assigned tasks as instructed.
+ Apply existing work instructions to reflect system changes and standard processes.

+ Demonstrates accountability, takes ownership of mistakes, and is open to feedback for continuous improvement.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of collaborators, including team members, cross-functional customers, and business partners.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing creative and efficient solutions.
+ Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
**Experience:**
+ Previous experience with HR Systems troubleshooting and support is preferred.
+ Experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles is a plus.
+ Experience with data conversion, mass data loads, or EIB integrations is a plus.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
+ Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
