Requirements:

Familiarity with human resources processes, including performance management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and hiring, training, and preparing job certificates.Familiarity with labor laws and social security regulations.Problem-solving, teamwork, and networking skills.Familiarity with the ATS system.Mentoring and effective communication skills.Empathy and advocacy skills.Energetic and motivated.Familiarity with MS Office.At least 5 years of useful experience in the human resources department.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or Psychology.
