Here's how a(n) Human Resources Student for our Solar Australia office, starting late November/ early December 2025  contributes to our team:

Responsibilities Being involved in and exposed to various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, training and professional development and health & wellness Managing student engagement through various initiatives. Assisting with training coordination, reporting and course set-ups Coordinating events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, tracking action items, meeting/ interview preparations and ensuring timely follow-ups. Supporting activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy  Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation  Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Pursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources focus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)  Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team  Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments  Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism  You must have Australian Working Rights that allow you to work the required hours to be considered for this role
