The HR Sr Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution of the HR strategy within the Pharmaceutical Division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and employment standards.

What You’ll Do:

Leading, developing, and implementing human resources strategies and programs to ensure the business results, balancing business strategy and people strategy that support the long-range objectives of both.Design and implement strategies to increase ensure a healthy organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences (e.g., leadership, cross-functional, technical, and global perspective).Work closely with the management to assess the requirements of the business by performing needs assessments to diagnose issues as they relate to human resource management, performance, and legal compliance issues and design solutions .Partner with business leaders and HR community to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.Provide guidance and expertise in the management of HR issues within EPD in a positive, flexible and competent manner, ensuring as much consistency of actions, while observing adherence to legal requirements.Ensure prompt, accurate, and competent service to internal clients while providing them professional growth opportunities.Support Division and Corporate HR strategic initiatives into actionable and tailored plans to drive results for the business .

Required Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor's degree8+ years experience in a variety of HR discipline functionsFully Billingual Spanish/English required.Must have a strong working knowledge of HR processes.
