Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisitions process for assigned departments;Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job profile, key skills and responsibilities for each role;Organize and conduct interviews to hire the right people for all positions using appropriate selection methods and tools;Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes;Act as single point of contact for assigned departments, having end-to-end ownership of service delivery;Keep evidence on recruitment data, build reports on major indicators influencing recruitment process and related HR KPIs;Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations;
