Profile Description
The Tier 3 Workforce Support Specialist manages complex employee relations cases, ensures compliance with labor laws, and collaborates with HRBPs and COEs to address workforce challenges. This role proactively identifies potential workplace concerns and implements targeted interventions to maintain a positive work environment.
Strategic Focus: Supports organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing tailored workforce strategies, facilitating conflict resolution, and addressing escalated employee relations concerns.Stakeholders (Internal Clients): Leaders and Site managers for escalated issues. HRBPs for collaboration on workforce strategies and escalations.Talent Management: Leads employee engagement initiatives, facilitates training programs on conflict resolution and workplace behavior, and monitors progress on leadership development programs.Data Management: Analyzes workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Provides actionable insights to HRBPs and leadership.Competency & Skills

Provide guidance and support for escalated employee relations cases.Collaborate with HRBPs to develop workforce support plans aligned with business goals.Maintain positive union relations and lead negotiations as required.Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws.Conduct workforce investigations and recommend solutions.Qualifications3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.Experience managing labor relations in unionized environments.Advance English level.Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills.Facilitator & change leader:Advocate for employees, customers, the business and shareholders.Active role in facilitating discussions, decision-making and alignment.Effective change management leadership (design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, communications, post mortem).Skilled in project management and able take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
