As a member of BCG’s Human Resources team, we will lean on you to help us develop, deploy, and retain the best talent in the market. We will work together to manage the lifecycle of our BCGers and the day-to-day operations of HR. You will have the opportunity to focus on a variety of tasks including employee onboarding, policy interpretation, mobility coordination, benefits and compensation administration, maintaining employee files, HR communications, systems administration, and general support to our employee population.

You’re good at
Onboarding – Ensure a seamless welcome for new hires by delivering orientation and benefits training, coordinating with internal partners, and managing the overall onboarding process. Oversee background checks and I-9 completion, maintain employee files, and track compliance training. Partner with the HR Shared Services Center to process one-time payments and broker fee reimbursements. Serve as the primary point of contact for new staff throughout their onboarding journey.Employee Support – Provide day-to-day support by managing requests through the NJYHR inbox, sharing benefits information, and partnering with teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and Immigration to resolve employee issues. Coordinate employment letters and ensure timely completion of I-9 reverifications.HR Systems & Data– Partner with our HR Shared Services Center to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Workday. Run regular reports, ensure key stakeholders have the right access, and proactively conduct system audits to safeguard data integrity. Oversee Tableau administration to support reporting and analytics needs.Mobility – Manage remote work abroad requests and domestic living-away-from-base cases, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience.Operations & Culture – Order employee gifts and coordinate donations, support the monthly staff meeting, manage local compliance requirements, and process promotions. Be an active part of our vibrant office culture by engaging with different clubs and initiatives and helping to strengthen our overall community.What You'll Bring

You will be working in the Summit office as part of a three person Human Resources team. As a team, we support 400+ staff across, providing on-the-ground support to a growing group of high performing Consultants and Business Services Team members.

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person work is essential to our culture, mentorship, and professional development. That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.
Compensation
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $96,000-$117,300.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
