Human Resources Senior Analyst

Position Title:          HR Senior Analyst

Job Purpose:          This role supports the onboarding process, HR data management and reporting, payroll administration, organizing of corporate cultural and employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance including employee relations, and HR vendor management which includes areas of payroll, recruitment agencies, background checks, outplacement, immigration, corporate initiative vendors and such.

Reports to:               Head of Human Resources, Singapore and Australia

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

Support talent acquisition activities including employer branding, supporting hiring managers on new and replacement positions, from the reviewing of job descriptions to ensure that it complies with the Fair Employment Guidelines, to the raising of job requisitions, sifting of CVs, and interviewsManage a smooth end to end onboarding process including preparation/review of offer documentation, background checks, liaison with respective departments, orientation, planning and organizing of welcome packsCreate and manage employee documentation, HRIS input, and manage probation and confirmation trackingPrepare monthly and ad hoc headcount, attrition, and other statistics/reportsManage payroll and finance reports for Singapore and Australia, which includes liaising with the payroll vendor ensuring timely and accurate payoutsWorks actively with Payroll Vendor in year-end tax reporting/filing for Singapore and Australia to meet regulatory requirementsInvolve in Payroll migration project and other process improvement and HR activities/projectsOrganize initiatives that supports instilling a high performance culture, employee engagement, DEI, and Health & WellnessLearning and Development Planning and CoordinationManage regulatory and other surveysVendor managementSupports in the review of Policy/Guidelines and Employee Handbook to ensure it is aligned to changes in regulations and other HR compliance mattersSupport employee relations activities including investigation, coordination of meetings, minute taking and documentation.Provides support in the review of operational efficiency within departmentAd hoc duties as assigned

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree requiredPreferably with at least 4 years of HR experience in the financial services industryExperience in HR operations and payroll would be advantageousStrong numerical skillsAbility to multi-task and manage tight and conflicting timelinesExcellent MS Office skills, especially in excelStrong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communicationPossess a can-do attitude with strong sense of accountability and ownershipAbility to work under pressure with minimal supervision and able to deliver quality work within a quick turnaround timeAbility to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
