It's up to you to make it happen. **What's the Role?** The Program Manager for Talent Operations is a strategic partner supporting the execution and amplification of talent initiatives across the global enterprise. This role is responsible for overseeing measurement and reporting frameworks, managing vendor partnerships, and driving the operational rhythm and effectiveness of the Talent team. In addition, this individual plays a key role in shaping the internal brand of Talent through thoughtful marketing and communications strategies, ensuring that our work is visible, impactful, and aligned across regions. The Program Manager will establish consistent ways of working, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure programs are delivered with excellence and clarity across all levels of the organization. **We'll Trust You To:** Manage Talent Operations & Program Enablement • Build and manage operational systems and workflows to support the efficient delivery and reporting of Talent initiatives at scale. • Partner with Talent and HR leaders to align programs to strategic goals. • Lead rhythm-of-business activities such as planning cycles, reporting cadences, and milestone tracking. Manage Measurement, Reporting & Insights • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess program effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions. • Track and report on key ROI measurements, translating data into compelling insights for leadership. • Continuously assess metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage Vendor Relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors, managing contracts, performance, and delivery. • Evaluate vendor effectiveness through ongoing performance reviews and feedback loops. • Ensure vendor activities align with strategic objectives and compliance requirements. Manage Marketing, Branding & Communications • Partner with the Talent leadership team to elevate internal visibility through branding and communication strategies. • Develop messaging and collateral to promote Talent initiatives across internal platforms and audiences. Create Team Ways of Working & Global Collaboration • Drive consistency in team operations, establishing scalable practices for communication, coordination, and decision-making. • Foster a cohesive global team culture by supporting collaboration across time zones and business units. • Create resources and touchpoints that enhance transparency, connection, and shared purpose across teams. Manage Finances & Resources • Support budget planning and tracking for Talent Operations and vendor engagements. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational excellence. **You'll Need to Have:** • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within HR, talent, or transformation functions. • Strong analytical skills, with experience designing metrics frameworks and drawing insights from data. • Proven success managing vendor relationships and aligning them with organizational goals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on brand-aligned storytelling. • Experience working with global teams and driving cross-regional collaboration. • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. **Does This Sound Like You?** Apply if you think we're a match. Salary Range = 105000 - 145000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
