What's the Role?
As a Talent Delivery Program Manager, you will drive the strategic planning and seamless execution of Bloomberg’s Talent programs within a dynamic and evolving Talent Development portfolio. Leveraging a structured program management methodology, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-impact experiences that align with organizational goals and regional needs.
We'll Trust You To:
Program Management & DeliveryLead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Talent and Inclusion initiatives. Apply a program management approach to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. Risk & Optimization Analysis Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, manage interdependencies, and uncover opportunities for process improvement and program enhancement across the portfolio. Operational Consulting & Quality Assurance Serve as an operational partner to Talent Development Designers and Talent Delivery Specialists, offering guidance on scalability, positioning, and quality standards to enhance program effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong internal relationships across key teams including Workplace Operations, Marketing, and Events. Collaborate effectively to align on planning and execution strategies. Systems & Vendor Oversight and Management Provide hands-on management of internal and external systems, processes, platforms and tools. Manage vendor relationships, rack budgets, and ensure optimal resource allocation to support program needs. Data-Driven Decision Making Own the collection, analysis, and interpretation of program and participant data. Leverage insights to inform strategic decisions and automate processes for greater efficiency. Participant Experience Leadership Serve as the primary regional point of contact for program participants. Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience through proactive communication and responsive customer service. Communications & Stakeholder Management Manage communications with program stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage of the program lifecycle. Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with regional Program Management counterparts to maintain global alignment while honoring regional differences in program execution and participant needs. Work closely across the team to align schedules, messaging, and operational strategies across all programs.
You'll Need to Have:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing global programs with multiple facets and stakeholders, which includes having a skill set for planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track within a dynamic and fluid environment, comfortable resolving issues and managing risks and delivering results with tight deadlines.Passion and desire to work in the Leadership and Talent Development spacePrior experience working with global, leadership development programs either in the capacity of program management, design or deliveryExperience managing complex projects to a high standard, within budget and to required time framesAbility to display a global mindset, with experience driving cross-functional prioritization and alignments on enterprise-wide projectsA can-do approach with sound commercial acumenA consistent track record operating within a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the adeptness to convert data and research into measurable and actionable itemsComfort in influencing and directing others, often without direct line reporting authorityExceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range = 105000 - 145000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
