About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Product Operations Analyst (Senior Business Execution Consultant) who will play a critical role in advancing the operational maturity of HR product teams across the entire product development lifecycle (PDLC). This role is responsible for optimizing intake processes, improving the communication of commitments, developing scalable operational frameworks, and elevating product maturity through strategic storytelling. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, a passion for operational excellence, and a track record of delivering impactful solutions at scale. This individual will also serve as a hands-on analyst—experienced in building dashboards in Jira, structuring complex data sets, and using tools like Power Apps to create interactive and insightful dashboards.
