Human Resources Operations Support Specialist
MAU is hiring a Human Resources Specialist for our client in Greer, SC. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will support associates in a high-volume HR service center environment by providing administrative support, assisting with onboarding, and resolving HR-related inquiries. This is a long-term, contract assignment with potential for renewal.

Benefits Package 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid time off Shift Information Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Onsite only Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field OR 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role 2+ years in a customer service role 2+ years of experience using and learning various computer software and systems Experience handling highly emotional or difficult situations Experience managing confidential data Preferred Education and Experience Human Resources process experience SAP experience Bilingual in Spanish and English General Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills (3+ years) Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Proven ability to learn new systems Ability to maintain a positive attitude under high call volume Ability to work in a confidential, structured, and metrics-driven environment Basic knowledge of general human resources practices Familiarity with artificial intelligence, process automation tools, and data analytics is a plus Essential Functions Provide or coordinate administrative support for HR Operations Respond accurately and promptly to associate inquiries about HR policies and programs Assist associates in completing HR transactions in person and through various digital channels Collect and process required documentation for HR transactions Use knowledge base software to answer questions and update cases in the management system Escalate inconsistencies or gaps in knowledge base content to supervisor Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide accurate answers to associates Route complex inquiries to appropriate HR staff or subject matter experts Scan and index HR documents Meet established service center targets and standards Assist in training new HR service center staff as needed Support Service Awards program for the plant Provide data for internal and external HR reporting Adhere to VPS (Value Added Production System) principles, 5S, and safety standards Perform additional duties as assigned by management Physical Demands Constantly operates computers, printers, fax machines, and copiers Constantly sits for prolonged periods Constantly walks throughout the facility
