Job Description:At Regions, the Human Resources Operations Analyst provides administrative, analytical, and reporting support for programs and/or processes within the Human Resources aligned Centers of Expertise (COE’s). This position builds strong relationships with managers and partners to drive successful outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Administers platforms and executes operational programs and/or processesCreates monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports for metrics; creates and maintains analytics dashboardsAssists with interpreting, analyzing results and providing insights to managers to determine operational impact, trends and opportunitiesContributes to and coordinates updates to associate collateral and communicationsPartners with managers to operationalize and onboard new programs and processes and is an active participant in the planning processIdentifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures; leads continuous improvement initiativesProcesses informational and other confidential forms and recordsMonitors department and program email boxesMay support programs and/or processes related to regulatory compliance and collaborate with related teams and/or associates (e.g. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.)Resolves or escalates associate questions and requestsCreates and maintains operational procedure/process guidesOffers guidance and advice to less-experienced analystsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldOr Bachelor’s degree in related field and four (4) years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (e.g. Workday)Experience working with analytical software (e.g. PowerBI, Cognos, etc.) or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)Preferences

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
