+ **Key Responsibilities:** Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new Hosts at Six Senses, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, values, and brand standards. + Manage the full recruitment cycle: budget confirmation, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers. + Support expatriate documentation, including visa, work permit, TRC,… + Coordinate uniforms, work tools, and other essentials for new Hosts. + Monitor canteen quality and Host facilities to maintain standards. + Organize wellness programs and address welfare and regulation inquiries. + Manage work accident cases and ensure proper follow-up. + Participate in community service programs. + Perform other tasks as assigned by management. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management. + 01 year or more of experience in the same role. + Be able to use Canva to design poster, video,.. + Demonstrate competent computer skills. + Good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality. + Highly interactive and people oriented. + Knowledge of Local Labor Law and Employment Regulations. + Very good command over written and spoken English. + Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity and high-pressure environment•Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
