Human Resources Manager - Six Senses Con Dao

**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure alignment with Six Senses vision and values to enhance guest experiences and foster host development.
+ Champion Wellness programs and sustainability initiatives.
+ Contribute to HR planning, including recruitment, training, and budgeting.Oversee host engagement, succession planning, and career development.
+ Conduct host satisfaction surveys and manage performance improvement initiatives.
+ Oversee host accommodations, facilities, and community activities in collaboration with the Sustainability Manager.
+ Ensure compliance with Six Senses standards, local regulations, and reporting requirements.
+ Lead HR team training, development, and performance management.
+ Maintain high standards of host appearance, punctuality, and service quality.Monitor departmental expenses, ensure budget adherence, and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
+ Facilitate recruitment, new hire orientation, and host engagement activities.
+ Ensure professional interactions with hosts and guests, with a focus on effective service recovery.
+ Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Human Resources.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant majors.
+ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
+ With over two years of experience in the same role, especially in talent acquisition within luxury hotels & resorts.
+ Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet operational needs and align with brand standards.
+ Strong track record of delivering results in host engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
+ Deep understanding of luxury hospitality recruitment needs and market trends.
