This position will provide Human Resources (HR) support to the site level Managers in a geographic region.
ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations
Advise and coach on all site level employee relation mattersGuide and coach Managers on the disciplinary process including verbal, written and final performance Improvement plans (PIP)Assist with preparation of justification and paperwork for recommended terminationsAssist with delivery of disciplinary actionsProvide support for site level involuntary terminations including obtaining final work hoursAssist with HR investigations and required supporting documentationGeneral Human Resources
Respond to HR related inquiries from site level management and employeesCounsel colleagues on the interpretation and application of HR policiesAssist the Human Resources Coordinator with workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodationsOversite of annual engagement survey for leader's geographic regionAssist with completions of annual compliance, harassment, and other trainings as required Create and assist leaders with HR essential trainingExecute corporate and regional initiatives to include annual performance review process and calibration sessionsFollow up on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents and facilitate resolution involving issues. Customarily at least one to three years of demonstrated general human resource experiencePrior experience with employee and management coaching, the progressive disciplinary process as well as conducting human resource related investigations, preferredMust be well versed in multi-taskingIdeally has worked with remote employeesJob-Related Skills/Competencies

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $85,000 to $120,000 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
