We’re seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to join a fast-paced and growing engineering/manufacturing organization located in the **Inland Empire** , just outside San Bernardino. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is a key member of the plant’s management team, driving people strategy, leadership development, and organizational change. You’ll support both site-level and corporate HR initiatives, including staffing, benefits, compliance, and performance management. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping a people-focused culture grounded in integrity, safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous professional growth. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Director of HR and partnering closely with site leadership to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, training, and compliance. You'll lead HR strategy across employee relations, staffing, benefits, performance management, and continuous improvement.
