This position is responsible for the execution of the principal HR Deliveries for the Supply Chain functions in Mexicali Factory, being an expert on our HR processes, and a business partner for our SC leaders and people in the facility; supporting our organizational development and growth, being a coach for them, an HR matter expert & leader; and a focal point for employees, leaders, and our entire SC organization, including of course the close work and partnership with our HR COEs. Specific Responsibilities Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to: + People Processes Delivery Managing & Execution; People Decision Moves aligned with Business Strategy and Plans, Support company Transformation Changes, HR new Model Implementation and Business Projects, End to End People Company Cycle process (Hiring, changes, moves, terminations, and system management) within Supply Chain structure in the country. + People Management & Development support for our people and leaders; Managing employee relations, talent review and performance management cycle, Development & Performance actions Plans, guidance and coaching for people and leaders. + Manages and Support People Initiatives for SC, in conjunction with Global Plans and teams, including the COEs plans and programs. + Manage, coordinate and generate, People Data for Decision Making; including our HR Dashboards for the site, Country and Business Units, regarding: attrition, promotions, engagement index, exit interviews and 90 days on boarding interviews, head count numbers, etc.… (based on Data Center Services and information); at the same time, being the data validation Champion. + Lead the People Projects through the different leaders and stakeholders across the country for an appropriate implementation, including the DO plans, Engagement Plans and DI&B initiatives for the country. + The role requires some guidance for the plans, and strategy and the deliveries expected, all day-to-day activities and tasks will take decisions independently. + Span of Control: Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers for all the SC Manufacturing in Mexico (Mexicali) organization to support day to day activities, employee relations and people actions plan Follow up; be an Engagement and Transformation Champion in the country, support inclusion objectives, Engagement Insight team, Total Rewards Team to support benefits & wellness activities and work for proposals for internal & external candidates, Data Center for people changes and Data analysis, Talent Development team, for coordinate MAPs evaluation and Talent Road Map exercise for band 3 to 5. + People solving complexity is medium to high as need to manage day to day activities and people decision making. + Level of autonomy is high on the day to day and will need direction on the plans and the path company and the function wants to take. **Qualifications** + Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree (desirable) + 8 – 10 years of experience in HR functions, most of them in SC (manufacturing). + 4 – 6 Years of experience in a specific discipline as HRBP - Manager and leading important transformation. + Language requirements. Advanced English is required. + Travel requirements: Yes, eventually inside the LATAM and NA region (VISA required) **Experience** + Specific systems experience:Excel, Word and Power point advanced skills, SAP & Success Factors. + Specific technical skills requirements: HR People Process Expert, Mexican Labor Law. (unions) + Specific soft skills requirements: Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, proactivity, Organized, Analytical skills, Conflict Solver, courageous leadership. + Have worked in large – medium production plants with international scope, with head counts over 600 people.
