About the Role:

As HR Manager based in Pécs, you will support the Operations business (primary) and provide strategic HR oversight for Finance and R&D teams located in Budapest and Székesfehérvár.


This role is responsible for delivering HR expertise across multiple functions and locations. You will lead initiatives in performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do:

Provide HR generalist support for Operations in Pécs and strategic HR oversight for Finance and R&D in Budapest and Székesfehérvár.Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.Support talent acquisition efforts and ensure top talent is sourced and retained.Resolve employee relations issues and ensure fair application of policies.Maintain HR dashboards and metrics for headcount, turnover, and open positions.Conduct onboarding and exit interviews; analyze feedback for continuous improvement.Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Workday).Plan and support site events and internal communications.Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance.


What You Need to Be Successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.At least 5 years of HR experience, including cross-functional and multi-site support.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR procedures, and systems (Workday).Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs.Experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.


What Makes You Eligible:

Based in Pécs, Hungary with travel to Budapest and Székesfehérvár as needed.Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
