Human Resources Manager

Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the overall HR Operations for Bangkok Office, ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy/purpose and values. This role covers the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation benefits, HR Administration and office management. The role serves as a trusted business partner to management and employees while ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.

Duties Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.Drive employee engagement, well-being, and internal communication initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.Maintain HRIS and employee records accurately and securely.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings via Taleo system and other channels, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.Coordinate all necessary arrangements for new employees such as email setup, parking access, and required documentation.Liaise with the provident fund management company regarding monthly reports, employee enrollments, withdrawals, and updates.Administer group health insurance program, including employee registration, claims, and coordination with brokers and hospitals.Manage social security documentation and statutory monthly submissions, including timely payment of employee contributions.Ensure payroll-related data (time attendance, leave accruals) is accurately prepared and submitted to Finance on a monthly basis.Organize employee activities and office engagement programs such as Employee Relations initiatives, farewell gatherings, birthday celebrations, and annual health check-ups.Act as a point of contact for employee welfare matters and promote a supportive workplace environment.Manage visa and work permit processes for all expatriates, ensuring full compliance with Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Labor regulations.Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and ensure compliance at all times.Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, pantry management (water, snacks), Wednesday luncheons, and other welfare arrangements.Ensure smooth daily operations of the Bangkok Office in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

· Experience in the hotel industry is a must.

· Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, immigration requirements, and HR Best Practice.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.

· Proactive, hands-on, and able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
