The Boeing Company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join BCA Engineering in North Charleston, SC.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting 787 and Boeing South Carolina Engineering.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the 787/BSC Engineering HR team to deliver real time engagement and solutions with the businessServe as a trusted business partner to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performanceContribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service deliveryAid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.)Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support providedDevelop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovationServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trustProvide coaching and development to the HR teamCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as talent management, training compensation and employee engagement

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Boeing South Carolina.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience working in Human Resources5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high level projects for executives or senior leadership5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherSHRM, PHR, or SPHR certificationExperience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range: $108,800 - $160,000
