Basic Responsibilities:

Support the facility in the management of the following functions:

Recruiting, pre-employment screening and new hire on-boarding Compliance with the reporting and management of FMLA, ADA, EEO and other employment laws Employee RelationsPersonnel file maintenance Work injury documentation and reporting

Qualifications: 3-5 years of Human Resources experience. Previous experience within long term care is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Compensation and Benefits Package
