Human Resources Manager
Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, recruiting, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity. This role requires a strategic thinker and a proactive leader who can manage the full spectrum of HR functions while helping to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities + Manage daily HR functions while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal regulations. + Oversee payroll processes and optimize HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, or Paylocity for efficiency and data accuracy. + Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, manage job postings, and oversee candidate screening/interview processes. + Build talent pipelines and maintain agency relationships. + Implement training and mentoring programs to foster employee growth and engagement while promoting a positive company culture. + Collaborate on payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies using tools like ADP or Paylocity. Analyze trends to ensure competitive practices. + Ensure processes align with labor laws and provide HR reports/analytics to aid business decisions. + Partner with senior leadership to align HR objectives with company goals and spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role (5+ years). + Strong background in recruiting and managing the end-to-end hiring process. + Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity is a must. + Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
