The Director of Human Resources in the Exxon Group is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of human resources. This includes planning and implementing power recruitment strategies, employee development, and management of service compensation systems. This role requires a deep understanding of human resource principles, strong leadership capabilities, and skills in numerical analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing recruitment processes to meet the needs of the organization
- Development and implementation of educational programs and human resource development
- Management of services and benefits. Promotion of the work environment
- Updating and implementing human resource policies and procedures based on current rules
Competences:
- Minimum undergraduate or master's degree in human resource management, business management or related disciplines.
