**The role you’ll contribute:**
The AdventHealth Care Centers (ACC) HR Manager serves as a trusted and collaborative partner, providing a proactive, practical and valued Human Resources operational perspective, process development and project management for the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities associated with AdventHealth Care Centers. The HR Manager supports the daily operation of the Human Resources Department, monitoring and auditing HR practices in the ACC facilities, developing monitoring tools and reports for management of labor, and assistance with implementation and development of processes to implement and monitor strategic HR programs. The HR Manager will oversee and maintain content the Adventist Learning Network for the ACC facilities as well as provide guidance, instruction and reporting for the learning system.
**The value you’ll bring to the team:**
**·** HR Specific,Provides support to the Vice President of Human Resources/HRBP, and assists the daily management of the ACC Business Office HR office operations and special projects as assigned.In collaboration with the HRBP, oversees rollout and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
· Coordinates project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, development and communication of processes to implement the project. Runs reports to gather data for statistical analysis and decision, support Collaborates with leadership regarding requests for data/projects/initiatives; highlighting issues, and providing recommendations addressing issues and priorities.
· Policy Management, Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions, Develops and implements HR procedures and policies as directed, Drafts communications of new and revised HR procedures and policies for send out by HRBP
· Regulatory, Manages I-9 compliance process, routinely auditing I-9 documentation and E-verify.
· Conducts routine audits of employee files, assuring information is complete and correct to assure compliance with state surveys, The Joint Commission (where applicable) and other governing standards.
· Workers Compensation Program, Oversees and coordinates with facility HR Specialists to maintain employee worker's compensation program, coordinating with the local facility for treatment for injured employee, leave with Shared Service Center, and return to work with the director/manager.
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**
_·_ High School Diploma
· 3 Years of Human Resources or related experience upon hire
· 3 Years of HR experience preferably in a healthcare setting
·Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or equivalent
