For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial relations or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR leadership role. Union negotiation experience. Advanced English (B1, C2, C1) Previous experience in managing, developing and coaching a team. Solid knowledge of federal labor law, social security law, tax law and labor relations management. Solid knowledge of payroll processing, incidences, calculations, salary movements, HR indicators and database management. Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal, communication, presentation and influence skills. Strong customer service focus with a high level of responsiveness. Ability to interact and partner with high-level management and employees from a variety of backgrounds/disciplines.
