The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, Internal communications , Employer branding, employee engagement and evaluation within human resources for the business units supported. Following the Director's guidance, this person will promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs.
Responsibilities:
Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization. Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create and maintain consistent branding messages and materials. Guide management and staff on employee relations issues, interpretation of company policies, procedures and guidelines. Advise managers on discipline issues, terminations, and participate and help manage performance review processes and improvement plans. Employee Engagement: Work closely with HR to develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Plan and execute employee surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations to improve employee experience. Responsible for ensuring all mandatory reports are filed or distributed with direction from Director. Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and employer branding initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of communication channels, campaigns, and branding efforts. Support maintaining knowledge of government, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Help recommend, design, and implement HR policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve the efficiency of department and services performed. Participate in developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction. Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
