For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor Degree. Prefer HR/ Management / Business. At least 8 years of working experience in multinational companies and candidates with solid experience in the marine industry and strong business knowledge of the sector will be given preference. Proficiency in both written and oral English. Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated Team spirit and capability of leading a team. Good communication skills & interpersonal skills. Dynamic, result orientated and capable of performing efficiently in a changing environment.
