Human Resources Mgmt 3 The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering human resource services and providing employees with information on policies and regulations. This role involves addressing various issues, overseeing the maintenance of personnel records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensures that human resources strategies align with the organization's business goals and oversees human resources processes to ensure efficient operations. A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience are required. The role involves supervising a small group of HR staff and contributing to developing processes and procedures. Requirements: Education: Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resources in a leadership position in a high-volume setting Knowledge: Proficiency in using HR systems Advanced English language skills Comprehensive HR subject matter expertise in HR administration, Benefits, Payroll Services, and Shared services delivery Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is preferred In-depth understanding of Employment Laws/Regulations and Human Resources policies and procedures Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and ability to deal with confidential information/situations Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated presentation abilities Demonstrated capabilities in using metrics to guide operational effectiveness Leadership, sense of urgency, dynamic, flexibility, customer service, project management, and collaborative skills
