The HRM2 will provide support to the Laundry and Environmental Services departments supporting approximately 350 employees and report to HRM3, with a focus on onboarding and training. HR experience required.

What You'll Do recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systemspossess knowledge of state and federal HR laws maintain active and terminated employee filescoordinate and conduct required monthly trainingpossess excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responsespossess strong time management and organizational skillswork well independently and as part of a teamunderstand and respect sensitive and confidential informationhave excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as neededcomplete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands What We Offer
