Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. As an HR Manager, you will oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, and be an important partner for your local and enterprise HR team.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78,400 - $105,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team membersBe a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your locationDevelop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensure they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growthHandle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolutionEnsure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

More about youMinimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR ManagerPrevious experience using iCIMS, Workday, or a similar HRIS systemBachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsIndependent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesWho we are
