A Human Resources & L&D Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on Learning and Development process, HR policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

What will I be doing?
As a Human Resources & L&D Executive, you will be required to manage HR and L&D related tasks including employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability\nEnsure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines\nMaintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting\nEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered to \nAssist in determining departmental training requirements\nEnsure completion of mandatory brand training modules as well as training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation\nAssist in the organization of Team Member social events\nPromote and endorse staff benefits\nAssist and resolve team member and management queries\nMaintain detailed filing system for department \nWhat are we looking for?
A Human Resources & L&D Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nMinimum 2 years' experience in similar Human Resources roles in hotels\nNative speaker in Turkish, good command of English\nGood knowledge of employment law and employee relations\nKnowledge of hospitality\nIT proficiency\nAbility to work on their own or in teams\nPositive attitude\nGood communication and people skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\n\nWhat’s in it for me?
