In close cooperation with our HR manager and HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks: • HR Documentation: Assist in renewing and improving HR-related start documents for new hires (such as onboarding packages, and orientation/policy materials). Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies. • Day-to-Day HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in various HR functions, including employee inquiries, HR data management, and other general tasks as needed. • HSE Support: Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives. Assist in organizing safety meetings or training sessions. • Recruitment and Interview Support: Help coordinate the interview process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and assisting with candidate follow-up. • General HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and assist with other tasks as assigned by the HR team, gaining exposure to different HR functions. **Job Requirements** • Pursuing/received Bachelors, Associate, or Master's degree in HR, Communications, Business, Psychology or related degree. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Fluent in English both written and spoken, German is a plus • Detail-oriented, highly motivated and a strong work ethic • Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and be deadline sensitive • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) **Company Information** Safran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
