**Job Summary**
Position responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for Marketing and Hill’s internship vacancies, as well as supporting intern development. Also responsible for responding to other development, training, and project demands within the area.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Work alongside the area’s generalist in all HR processes such as Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, and Training & Development.
+ Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from aligning internship position profiles to day-to-day follow-up with interns.
+ Participate in talent development projects (for interns and employees).
+ Organize departmental events in accordance with pre-established goals and deadlines.
+ Support the identification of training needs at all company levels.
+ Manage payment processing and oversee third-party and temporary staff management.
+ Respond to employees’ general HR inquiries.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in Business Administration or Psychology (evening classes)
+ Expected graduation date: December 2026 or later
+ Intermediate English
