Human Resources (HR) Rep II (Contractor)
Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Representative II to join our team in a long-term contract role. This position is fully remote and based in Pennsylvania, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to HR operations with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of HR experience and a proactive approach to solving complex inquiries. Responsibilities: • Address and resolve escalated employee relations and payroll/tax inquiries by interpreting and applying organizational policies and guidelines. • Communicate effectively with employees and managers to resolve complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with company standards. • Identify opportunities to enhance HR Shared Services processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency. • Collaborate with HR teams across departments to align processes and share knowledge for seamless operations. • Maintain and update departmental databases to support inquiry resolution and improve team training initiatives. • Evaluate daily workflows and recommend process enhancements to optimize operations. • Ensure consistent attendance and availability for variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team. Requirements • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively address complex HR issues. • Proven ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures accurately. • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to solving employee inquiries. • Experience in managing and improving HR databases and workflows. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when required.
