Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Representative to oversee HR-related projects with a focus on time and attendance systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement HR-related projects with a primary focus on time and attendance systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
• Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Provide training and support for employees on updated time and attendance protocols.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.
• Generate reports to highlight project progress and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations throughout project execution.
• Facilitate communication between departments to streamline HR operations.
• Address issues and troubleshoot challenges related to time and attendance systems.
Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources administration, particularly in managing time and attendance systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle long-term initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing HR workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Ability to produce detailed reports and track project performance metrics.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address system and operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. TalentMatch®
