Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional who excels at fostering employee engagement, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities: + Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and overall performance. + Manage employee benefit programs and ensure smooth administration. + Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. + Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. + Promote positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. + Support the implementation and management of HR systems + Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and development planning. + Partner with leadership to uphold and evolve a strong organizational culture. + Provide coaching and training to managers on HR best practices. + Monitor and analyze HR data to support strategic planning and decision-making. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred/desired • Strong expertise in employee relations, benefit administration, and compliance. • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms • Proven track record in corporate recruiting and onboarding processes. • Solid understanding of performance management and organizational development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze HR metrics and apply insights strategically.
