Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description Roseann Mabry from Robert Half Perm is partnering with a Global company to place a Human Resource Manager on a direct hire basis. The Human Resource Manager will have employees in multiple sites throughout the United States with majority of the employees being based out of St.Louis. The bulk of the employees will be located in Westport. The Human Resource Manager will need to have had prior experience working for a global organization, experience with payroll, and 5 plus years experience working as a Human Resource professional. This is an onsite opportunity that will handle employee relations, employee engagement, performance management,, and recruiting. The position is both transactional and strategy initiatives. Responsibilities: • Manage HR functions across multiple sites within a global organization, ensuring consistency and compliance. • Oversee payroll operations for a diverse workforce, including teams with under 100 employees. • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity. • Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution to workplace challenges. • Monitor and facilitate employee changes, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding processes. • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations. • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve processes. • Support the growth and development of employees through training and career advancement opportunities. • Manage HR systems and tools to optimize operational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role within a global organization. • Proven expertise in payroll management, particularly for teams with under 100 employees. • Strong understanding of employee relations and engagement strategies. • Ability to handle employee changes, including onboarding, transitions, and terminations. • Familiarity with compliance requirements for both local and international employment laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration. • Proficiency in HR systems and tools to streamline operations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
