Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the HR operations within a dynamic and fast-paced division based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing HR functions at a managerial level.
Responsibilities:
• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR operations and ensure accurate data management through systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and align them with organizational goals.
• Manage recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, benefit programs, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support acquisition integration efforts by managing HR transitions and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance and development.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative HR solutions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and benefit functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead teams.
• Experience in recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with training and development initiatives to support organizational growth.
