Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite)

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base + 7–15% annual bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time, M–F | Flex start/end times
Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic and growing professional services firm in St. Paul to identify a strategic and hands-on Human Resources leader. This HR Manager will serve as a key business partner to ownership and the leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, progressive environment with a strong culture and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals, support business growth, and enhance employee experience.
+ Recruitment & Onboarding: Own full-cycle talent acquisition including job design, compensation benchmarking, offer creation, and onboarding.
+ Performance & Development: Drive performance management processes, career development programs, and succession planning strategies.
+ HR Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; manage benefit plans, 401(k), and annual filings (e.g., 5500).
+ HRIS & Systems: Evaluate current manual processes and lead the selection and implementation of an HRIS solution.
+ Compensation & Pay Equity: Conduct compensation reviews and pay equity audits to support internal alignment and compliance.
+ DEI & Engagement: Advance existing DEI strategies and help formalize efforts related to culture, engagement, and employer branding.
+ Generalist Support: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, answer employee inquiries, and provide counsel on employee relations as needed (limited volume).
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of owning the full HR function.
+ Proven ability to build strong relationships across an organization and influence at the leadership level.
+ Experience leading process improvement and system implementation in HR.
+ Hands-on approach; excited to work both strategically and tactically in a lean HR environment.
+ Strong background in compensation, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development.
+ A passion for driving workplace culture, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
+ Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.
